Pricing & Packages

We are not the cheapest option in Sydney.
We are not trying to be.

What we offer is a PhD-qualified, government-recognised Science specialist with deep knowledge of both NESA and IB assessment frameworks — and the time and care to apply that knowledge to your child specifically. If you are comparing us to a university student on a tutoring marketplace, we are not the same service.

Online · HSC & VCE

$100

per hour · one-to-one

60-minute sessions via Lessonspace with real-time annotation using a Kamvas 12 graphics tablet. Physical textbooks and past papers shared live through a Viisan VK-16 overhead document camera. Sessions recorded via Screenpal and sent within 24 hours. Notes and resources organised in Notion after every session.

Online · IB Diploma

$110

per hour · one-to-one

Everything in the HSC/VCE package, plus the additional breadth and depth of IB content — including Internal Assessment support, Theory of Knowledge connections, and the extended response technique required across all IB Sciences.

Face-to-Face · Camperdown

$100

per hour · one-to-one

Sessions at our Camperdown studio — available Monday to Sunday from 5:00 PM. A dedicated physical learning environment away from the distractions of home and the impersonality of a large tutoring centre. Ideal for students who do their best thinking in person.

Small Group · Max 5 Students

$60

per hour · per student

Carefully matched groups working through the same modules. The social dimension of learning — where students hear how a peer approaches a problem — is genuinely undervalued in HSC preparation. Maximum five students per group to preserve depth and individual attention.

Primary & Lower Secondary · Carol Ough

$100

per hour · one-to-one

Taught exclusively by Carol Ough — Bachelor of Education (University of London), 30+ years classroom experience across England and Hong Kong. Available for Primary K–6 and lower Secondary Years 7–8 in English, Mathematics and all core subjects. Carol's rate reflects what three decades of qualified teaching experience is actually worth.
